Easy Protein Pancakes with Berries

 Super easy high protein pancakes - the ultimate post-workout breakfast treat. 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

100g Two Chicks free range liquid egg whites

60g milk of your choice (add more if the batter is too thick)

25g protein powder

½ tsp baking powder


To serve:

Handful of blueberries and strawberries 

Sugar-free syrup of your choice 



  1. Blitz the ingredients in a blender together.

  1. Heat a non-stick pancake pan or medium-sized frying pan and add a few drops of cooking oil. Add a portion of the batter and cook over a medium heat until set. Flip the pancake over to cook the other side. Repeat until all the mixture has gone.

  1. Serve with fresh fruit and sugar-free syrup if needed.
