Our egg white protein shake recipe makes getting your protein fix pre or post workout super easy – and delicious too.

Ingredients

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat/dairy milk if you prefer)
  • 125ml Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • ½ medium banana (use a frozen banana for added creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Pour the almond milk and Two Chicks Liquid Egg White into a blender.
  2. Add the berries, banana, Greek yoghurt and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Two Chicks top tip: Make this into the ideal breakfast protein shake recipe by adding a couple of scoops of oats and a handful of spinach. This increases the amount of healthy carbs (keeping you fuller for longer) and fibre, so you can kickstart your day with a tasty protein hit!
