- 150ml Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White
- 30g caster sugar
- 10g cornflour
How to make cloud bread

Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Whip the egg white: Put your Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White in a clean, grease free bowl. Using an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer), beat on medium‑high until frothy.

Add sugar gradually: With the mixer running, add the caster sugar a little at a time. Continue beating until the mixture becomes thick and glossy. It should hold stiff peaks when you lift the beaters.

Add cornflour: Sprinkle the cornflour over the whipped mixture and fold or beat briefly until just combined and smooth.

Shape the cloud: Spoon the fluffy mixture onto the lined tray and gently shape it into a loaf‑like mound (or two smaller ones).

Pop into the oven: Bake for about 20–25 minutes until lightly golden on top and set through (your loaf should remain soft and cloud‑like inside).
