Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 whole egg

100ml Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White
- Handful of chopped bell pepper
- Handful of diced tomato
- 1 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Hot sauce
- Sliced spring onion
- Sliced avocado
- Rocket
Air fryer egg tortilla bowl method

Shape the tortilla: Press the tortilla gently into an oven‑safe bowl or ramekin, forming a cup.

Add your filling: In a bowl, whisk together the whole egg and Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White. Pour into the tortilla cup. Add peppers, tomato, cheese (if using) and season with salt and pepper.

Air fry: Cook at 175°C for 13–15 minutes, until the eggs are set and edges of your tortilla are lightly crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then finish with your choice of topping.
Two Chicks top tip: If you like a bit of an extra kick, this baked egg tortilla recipe tastes even better with some hot sauce or chilli oil mixed into your filling, before you pop it in the air fryer.
